2. Service Description

Vettd is an AI-powered automation tool for dating apps. It is a desktop application that runs locally on your device, analysing profiles and automating interactions based on your preferences.

3. Automation Risk Disclosure

This is important — please read carefully.

• Using automation tools may violate Hinge's Terms of Service.
• Your Hinge account may be suspended or permanently banned as a result of using this tool.
• You assume all risk associated with using Vettd.
• We are not responsible for any consequences to your dating app accounts, including but not limited to suspensions, bans, lost matches, or lost conversations.

By using Vettd, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and choose to proceed voluntarily.

4. No Affiliation

Vettd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hinge or Match Group Inc. in any way. "Hinge" is a trademark of Match Group, LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vettd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to account bans, lost matches, lost data, or loss of profits.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription terms and pricing are as displayed at the time of checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — no contracts or commitments.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Stripe's terms and applicable law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your use of the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
